Terms and Conditions of Use
1. PARTIES
Between the client and/or user, acting on their own behalf, if they are a natural person, or through a duly authorized person to act on behalf and representation, in the case of a legal entity, and on the other hand, the brand Speedy belonging to the companies Turnkey Services SAS, Reddy Set Co, Reddy, Reddy Set LLC, duly constituted under Colombian laws, which has the website www.reddyset.co ; they enter into this contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of use that are an integral part of this contract. Turnkey Services SAS, Reddy Set Co, Reddy, Reddy Set LLC, Speedy, Askall, Guroo, Sweepo, are independent companies from the construction company AED, La Promotora Barlovento Del Mar or the brand Baia Kristal. Turnkey Services SAS, Reddy Set Co, Reddy, Reddy Set LLC, Speedy, Askall, Guroo, Sweepo, hereinafter referred to as Reddy.Â
REDDY assumes no responsibility for any personal impersonation that any client may carry out; the company will in any case presume in good faith that it is contracting directly with the client, or in the case of legal entities, with the legal representative or attorney duly authorized to carry out such operations. The Client acknowledges and accepts that REDDY acts as a simple intermediary in the commercial relationship between the client and the supplier. REDDY previously conducted market research and selected the suppliers who participate in this business relationship, striking a balance between quality and price for our Clients. As a result of this intermediation, REDDY will charge a commission for the service, which includes advising on the choice and selection of home products.
The suppliers selected by REDDY will deliver and install the products in accordance with their shipping and installation policies, and REDDY will not have any responsibility for delays or failures in this regard. In the event that a product is out of stock, the client accepts and acknowledges that it depends on the inventory of the Suppliers, and REDDY has no responsibility whatsoever. However, REDDY will request a similar product from the supplier, chosen by the Client, subject to their approval for the purchase. Once the products are ordered, changes or cancellations cannot be made, especially if the Client terminates the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the property for which the accessory purchases are being made. If this happens, the Client must pay for all the selected products. This applies after the time established by Law 1480 of 2011 for the client to exercise their right of withdrawal has elapsed. REDDY is not responsible for the delivery and installation times of the products sold by the Suppliers; these times can be checked directly with the Supplier.
2. PRODUCT DISPLAY
REDDY will make available to customers the colors in which they can purchase the products. These will be displayed as realistically as possible; however, it should be noted that with each device/computer, the chosen color may vary, so the company is not responsible for this fact if the customer requests a change due to a color selection error.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, and/or using this Site, the user acknowledges having read and understood these Terms of Use and agrees to be bound by them and comply with all applicable laws and regulations that are part of Colombian law. In addition, when the user uses any service provided on this Site, they will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to that specific service. 4. PROVISIONS
In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are deemed null, illegal, or ineffective in any respect, the validity, legality, enforceability, or effectiveness of the remaining provisions herein will not be affected or annulled by such circumstance.

REDDY may revise these Terms of Use at any time by adjusting this notice. By using www.reddyset.co, the user agrees to be bound by any such revisions, which will be effective from the moment they are accessible to Users, so the user should periodically visit this page to determine the current terms to which the user will be bound if they decide to use this Site.
6. INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, signs, logos, names, and any other distinctive signs, as well as utility models and/or industrial designs and other elements of industrial or intellectual property inserted, used, and/or displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of REDDY. Nothing on www.reddyset.co should be construed as a grant or grant of any title of authorizations, licenses, or any other right to use or dispose of any form of Industrial Property, without the written permission of REDDY or the owner of the rights. Any unauthorized use will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and current national and international regulations on Industrial Property..
7. COPYRIGHT
All computer, graphic, advertising, photographic, multimedia, audiovisual, and/or design materials, as well as all content, texts, and databases made available on this Site, are the exclusive property of REDDY. All content on the website is protected by Copyright laws and all national and international laws applicable to it. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, all acts of copying, reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works, sale, or distribution, display of the Content, in any way or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or any other means, without the prior written permission of REDDY are prohibited. In no case do these Terms and Conditions confer rights, licenses, and/or authorizations to perform the acts described above. The user is only granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license and right to display www.reddyset.co on a computer or PDA screen under their control and to copy the Content owned by REDDY solely and exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, on the condition that the user does not modify the Content in any way and retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. The user agrees, under these Terms and Conditions, not to modify the Site's software in any way. The distinctive signs and any others displayed on this page are owned by REDDY. Under no circumstances may it be considered that the use or granting of any kind of license for trademarks, trade names, signs, or slogans is allowed. Therefore, the use of these is expressly prohibited, subject to civil and criminal liability as appropriate.
8. FORMATION AND PERFECTION
The contract for the purchase of REDDY products is perfected only when the customer, in response to the offer made by REDDY, expresses their intention to purchase by selecting the product or accepting the offer and making the payment according to the payment methods offered on the website.
9. PRICE
The total value of the purchase will consist of the following items to be borne by the customer: advisory service, product value, taxes, and transportation expenses if applicable. FIRST PARAGRAPH: REDDY undertakes to constantly review and update the prices mentioned on the website, and our customer/user must be attentive in case of any fluctuations. SECOND PARAGRAPH: REDDY will inform or publish the shipping and delivery rate that the goods will have, which will be generated depending on the costs, items, and policies of the carrier, which are independent, autonomous, and external to REDDY.

PARAGRAPH. Before our acceptance of any purchase offer, the customer must choose the payment terms and conditions for the corresponding price, according to the payment methods that are already specifically established on this Site. Even when REDDY provides a secure connection system for all purchase offers, it will not be responsible in any case for failures in communications from banking or credit entities, damages caused to users as a result of actions or omissions by such entities, as well as damages caused by internet connection issues.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALÂ
The consumer must exercise their right of withdrawal directly with the supplier of the goods.
12. PAYMENT REVERSAL
The law provides that, in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet, where payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, or any other similar payment instrument have been used, they must be reversed at the consumer's request when they are subject to fraud, correspond to an unsolicited operation, the purchased product is not received, or the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective. For the payment reversal to proceed, the Client/User must, within five (5) business days following the date on which they became aware of the fraudulent or unsolicited operation or when they should have received the product or received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested, file a complaint with the responsible supplier and return the product, when applicable, and notify the claim to the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the customer.
13. PRODUCT DISPATCH
The dispatch of products is subject to the shipping times of the suppliers and will only be carried out within Colombian territory. This will be informed at the time of purchase and will be established considering the customer's location and the time of purchase, depending on the delivery times set by each supplier, provided that there is no fortuitous event or force majeure, including but not limited to: strikes, stoppages, revolutions, rebellion, riots, attacks, power cuts, collapses, earthquakes, avalanches, floods, bridge collapses, pandemics, among others. FIRST PARAGRAPH. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the responsibility for the transport of the goods lies directly with the Supplier and releases REDDY from all responsibility.
14. INVOICE
The purchase invoice/receipt will be sent along with the purchased product to the delivery address provided by the customer. It is recommended to take into account the terms and conditions stipulated on the invoice/receipt of each supplier.
15. PRODUCT CHANGES AND WARRANTIES
In the event of a warranty claim or exchange request, it must be managed directly with the suppliers, depending on the policies established by them. REDDY acts as an intermediary in this case and is not responsible for the effectiveness of warranties and product exchanges. The warranty period for each product starts from the date of delivery to the customer's address. Neither REDDY nor the suppliers are responsible when a piece of furniture or accessory from a supplier has been damaged due to: abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse, or damage resulting from the use of chemicals or cleaning agents or exposure to harmful solids, liquids, or gases. Damage or defects caused in whole or in part by fire, explosion, flood, fortuitous events, extreme weather conditions, misuse, alterations, abuse, vandalism, negligence, or any similar cause are not covered. We are not responsible for managing warranties from furniture and accessory suppliers that have not been recommended by us. We only work with Samsung, Spring, and Muebles REDDY. 16. LIMITED LIABILITY
Without prejudice to what is determined by the mandatory provisions of applicable Colombian law, REDDY assumes no responsibility, including any responsibility for any damage or harm, including but not limited to loss of information or profits, existence of viruses, results of use or inability to use the material on this Site, lost business opportunities, or any other damage, even if the user has warned us of the possibility of such damages, or for any third-party claims, except as expressly stipulated here. Under the terms stated here, REDDY assumes no responsibility for the information provided on the website, including, but not limited to, information about products and/or services, interesting notes, opinions, practical advice, and issue resolution. REDDY assumes no responsibility for the impossibility of, or problems with, using the Site or any of the pages that make it up, including, but not limited to, events such as server or connection problems, communication interruptions, technical problems. In the event that the use of material from this Site results in the need to service, repair, or correct equipment or information, the user assumes any costs associated with it.

The customer solemnly declares and asserts that: a. The resources with which they made the purchase come from lawful operation, trade, profession, activity, or business. b. The money used for the purchase was not obtained as a result of any conduct that is considered an offense under Colombian law. c. They have never allowed third parties to use their accounts or credit or debit cards to deposit or manage funds whose origin is unknown or comes from conduct contrary to the law, especially criminal law. d. They exempt REDDY from all responsibility for erroneous, false, or inaccurate information provided in this document or for any violation thereof, so they will be solely responsible for it.
18. PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data that users register on the site will be confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than those authorized by the user: receiving products from third parties, receiving information on offers, promotions, and events. Personal data will remain in operational environments with the highest possible security.
